We work with people navigating lives that ask too much of them — people who are capable, caring, and quietly running on empty. The Sunday Slow Reset is a 90-minute live session that uses HeartMath breathwork, gentle asanas, a priming exercise, and guided meditation to bring your nervous system back to baseline.

You'll leave the session with a 7-Day Practice Challenge — a daily structure to carry the reset into your week, so Monday doesn't undo everything Sunday gave you.

The Sunday Session — 90 minutes

Opening & Intention

We begin with a grounding prayer and a short introduction. You write down where you are right now — physically, mentally, emotionally.

A science-backed breathing practice that activates your parasympathetic nervous system — your body's natural off-switch for stress.

Asana & Movement

Gentle stretches and a slow flow — designed not to exhaust, but to release what the week has stored in your body.

A guided priming exercise followed by deep meditation. You realign with what actually matters — beyond the inbox, the deadlines, the noise.

The Reset Check-In

You write again — where are you now? The contrast between your two check-ins is where the shift becomes real, not just felt.

Before we close, you receive your week — a daily prompt, a short practice, and one question to return to. Sunday doesn't end when the session does.
